Discovering New Zealand
Sunni took some time out from his career to travel and decided first stop should be the home of the Flat White - New Zealand. He ended up spending 3 months going from North to South Island working in local coffee houses alongside great baristas and visiting local coffee roasters along the way.

Exploring Tea & Coffee Estates
To fully understand the coffee process from growing to serving coffee Sunni decided his next stop was to visit both coffee & tea growing regions of Kenya to fully appreciate the effort and care that goes into the entire process. He visited coffee farms in Nakuru & tea estates in Kericho.

Camden Branch Opens
Returning to London and disappointed with the quality and attention to detail of coffee that is produced on the high street, inspired Sunni to create his own specialty coffee house in his birth place – Camden Town. Visit Camden

Now serving Hasbean
Sunni enjoys learning, experimenting & brewing coffee at home so he registered with Hasbeans weekly coffee subscription.
In 2010, Sunni met with Dale Harris from Hasbean and the coffee love affair between Camden Coffee House & Hasbean blossomed there after.

Croydon Branch Opens
Sunni was born in Camden however raised in South London from the age of 2. Croydon was a great location for coffee house #2 based in the heart of the Whitgift Shopping Centre. This shop is perfect to get some liquid fuel and a bite to eat in between shopping sprees or work meetings. Visit Croydon

Balham Branch Opens
Balham also known as the ‘gateway to the South’ was a great location for Sunni to create a coffee link with North & South London. Directly next door to the tube station on the Northern line this is the perfect Location for Camden Coffee House #3. Visit Balham

Ladbroke Grove Branch Opens
With us now being established in NW, SW & S London and with further increasing demand for artisan coffee within the west London region, we thought it was the perfect opportunity to open Camden Coffee House #4 in Ladbroke Grove directly next to door to the tube station. Visit Ladbroke Grove

Sheperds Bush Branch Opens
It was always Sunni’s dream after opening his first branch in 2009 to have 5 branches within 5 years. This would ensure his coffee was widely accessible to even more communities and with a great response from the Ladbroke Grove branch resulted in even greater demand for us to open #5 in Shepherds Bush
